I'm now in OPT and it will expire on August 2001. Now in company A and starts to process my H1B application. I plan to transfer to company B before my OPT expires. Making sure my staus is valid, I plan to have company B also apply H1B for me. Is that OK? When can I start to work for company B while my H1B is not approved by either A's and B's application? Thx.
