Employer revoked H1 visa

Hi,

I graduated in this Year and currently on OPT, also i got H1b approval for Fy09. But suddenly my company decided to revoke my H1b and keep me on OPT due to OPT extension rule. Also I have not received my approval ( receipt no). So what are my chances to keep myself on H1b if i do not want to go for OPT extension.

Please help me with this problem.I really appreciate your help.

If your employer revoked your H1B, there is nothing you can do.
