    H4 to H1, and not getting paid for 90 days

    My wife got her H4 to H1 approval, with the slowdown in economy her lawyers are telling her that the company can wait for 90 days before paying her. Is this true? or is the wait period 60 days.

    Any pointers will be very helpful.
