Importance of "Class Consulate or POE" field in H1B Approval Notice form (i797B)?

I have received the H1b Approval notice recently, which shows - "Class Consulate or POE - H1B NEW DELHI". I was wondering what does it mean? Is this mean I need get the Visa stamping done at New Delhi consulate? Or means something else?

AS far as I know that it is a case of CP & ur I-94 is missing
