H1- Revoked Help Please.........

This is recently happened to my friend's wife. His wife was in US on H4. She got her H1 processed in US. She went to Mumbai consulate for H1 stamping few days back. Consulate told her that job description on petition doesn't match her background so he is revoking her application. He took her h1 approval notice and petition. He told her that he will be sending documents back to california processing center for further verification.
On other hand her H4 is also expired. She doesn't have valid visa to come back to US. Can she try for H4 now.
Is anybody has any such experience Or anybody can help my friend ?

she can try for H4,
I believe whatever may be the reason for all other visa rejections,
as long as her husband holds valid h1 visa, she is eligible for h4 visa.

My H1 also got revoked and I came back on H4..

Hope u will get your H4, you will need copy of your husband's 797 .
