H4 Revalidation

Hi,

H1 get transfered from company A to B but visa doesn't get stammped.
H4 holder is out of USA.
H4 for company A is out of status,

Could H4 be stampped in India with H1 approval(only) for company B(without H1 get stampped)?

Pl. advise.

H4 STAMPING

Yes, just send H1 approval notice original to India for company B, and get the H4 stamp. In fact, I will suggest get H4 stamp for second company, because if company A is a big one, they may have already cancelled your H1.
