Labor filing from Company B while still working with Company A

I heard that I can get my labor filed from Company B without getting my H1 trasnferred to Company B and I can still keep working with my current company. My current employer has also filed for my labor which is currently pending for Audit.
Can someone please confirm that this is a legally possible scenario.

Yes. GC is for future employment and can be done. Did you try to look on the forum threads?
