Hi,
please help me. I'm currently on H4 visa in the US and a company has applied for my H1-B visa. During this time I want to go out of US. I will come back inside the US on the same H4 visa since the transfer to H1-b will not be done by that time.
My question is that going out of US :
will it have any adverse effect on my H1-B application ? Should I wait for my H1-B to be approved or it does not matter at all. It is important for me to go out of US for some time.
