If I were:
1. About to reach the renewal date for my first H1-B and considering a 2 to 3 year hiatus from working in the U.S. (say, in England) could I return and apply for a *new* H1-B for another 3 years at some time in the future?
2. Is there *any* way to re-enter the U.S. for employement purposes after the expiration of the H1-B?
3. If my undergraduate degree were in a completely different discipline (say, LIterature) from my Master's degree (say, Computer Science) would that affect my ability to apply in the EB2 category?
4. Would a Masters is CS enable me to apply for a TN visa (as I am a citizen of Canada)?
