H1-extension question

Hi,

my current h1b visa expires in jan 2009 and i am planning to get the extension approved and go for stamping in india during my visit in august.

can i get the stamping done that early or are there any restrictions?

pls let me know..thnx

Most likely can be done. I have done it 3 months before expiration.
