H1B renewal with approved EAD

I am completing my 6 years on H1B in Jan 2009. I-140 is approved and I-485 is pending. EAD and AP are approved but I am still on H1B. Please let me know if I am eligible for 3 year H1B extension towards the end of this year. I do not intend to use EAD but will be renewing it also towards the end of this year.
