would F1 be effected on the denial of H1

I have more than one year in F1 status. As I am now in parttime study , I had applied for H1B. However at present, it is in RFE. I am worried , if it is denied would it have any kind of effect on my current F1 status in worst scenerio?

No, denial does not impact F1 status as long as you maintain proper F1 status as per the requirements. Approval does if it was a COS.
