My wife is Preganent 4months past, so, she will apply for H4? or any problem? what's the Max. time limit(months of preganency) for preganent lady to apply H4, or any problem to getting visa for her?

Ohh so, there are no rules or restriction... good.. but at Embassy when applying for Visa then? so, embassy have no problem to issuing visa to my wife, right?

Airlines sometimes have problems in allowing 6+ month pregnant woman to get onboard. Remember, the captain and the flight crew can refuse to fly anyone for any reason.

If she wants to be in the US, that has to happen quickly.

You need to be sure she is covered by health insurance for delivery before bringing her to US. Since you are employed, you will be responsible for costs.
