Course completed with arrears

If I completed my course (actually from 1994-98, but completed on April,2000) will I'm eligible to get H1B visa?
I have done BE in Electronics and communication, and till now I have nearly 3 years of experience in the IT field.
Will I have any problem?

First, why you complete your course 2 years after supposed date. You may prepare a good explanation for Labor department and INS when you file H1B petition.

Before you apply for H1B, you need to validate your degree. So at that time, you will see whether your BE degree is OK or not? Work experiences are irrelavent here, you need a minimum Bachalor degree (validated) to apply for H1B.
