Hi,
I am renewing H-1 B visa (current visa expires on June 30,2008) at Ottawa Canada on June 24,2008. My first H-1 visa was also approved at Ottawa in 2006. Now it takes 2-4 business days for them to return the passport and their website says that they will confirm I-129 electronically (which will delay the stamping process). Have you perceived significant delay in this process? If my visa is denied, can I return to USA on previous valid visa?
