H1 Stamping, while new employer files, transfer of H1

Dear Sir,

I am on H1 extn(2nd) with a company A. means my visa is over, living on valid I94. I got a new job, the new company B will be submitting my documents to immigration, by July 16.

Can I go for visa stamping on July 16 with company A, is it safe, if not should i avoid going? Please respond.

I am going because, my son H4 is linked to me, he is not able travel to India. if i get stamped, he can travel India, when he is coming back, he can get stamped in India. if this is not safe to now for stamping, please advice.

You can go for stamping as long as you are working for that employer with a valid I797+I-94. The fact that a H1b transfer was filed has got nothing to do with it.
