I am working as a contractor for a computer company since March, 2008. My H1 visa was sponsored by another company. This company is like the actual company who pays me. When is it possible to transfer the H1 Visa to another company (incase I have an offer) for me? My OPT ends in Oct, 2008. Is it possible for me transfer the visa before October for me?
