Hi ,
I got an offer from a company B 3 months back and I accepted the offer, they applied for my h1 transfer. Its still pending at INS. Now with the new law(S2045) I can join the company B at any time , but i dont want to join the company B now and want to stick to with my present compnay A now..So what happens if INS denied my h1 transfer, as per the new law S2045, authorisation terminate at that time..so can i continue with my present company A even if H1B for B has been denied..
