    H1/H4 validity on company takeover

    My company was recently bought by another one. My H1 amendment for the new company has been filed but not approved yet. Can my wife, who is out of the country right now, come back to the US with my current H1? She has a valid H4 for the previous company on her passport. If so, what other documents will she need? Or is it better to wait for the new H1 to come thru?
