i used to work for company A which laid me off with other employees and gave us a option of sub contracting if we find another job.during this period while this company A sub contrated us to another company ,Company A paid us the salary without holding the federal and state taxes and not paying the employer side taxes.
Is this going to be a problem?
If so what is the solution for this?
