Job change and marriage

Hi,
I work for company A. It's likely that I'd get an offer from company B in say 15 days from now.
If I accept offer of company B and file and H1 with it (but don't resign from company A), can I go back to India - for marriage and get my wife on H4? My company A's H1 is valid till 2 years from now.
If I do, and get her with me on H4, and then my new H1 with company B comes in, changing her H4 will be a problem (without making her out of status)?
Please share any advice. Appreciate it.

No it will not..Just have to change her h-4 status to that of your company B's. I think you can do it several ways like,

sending the passport and I-539 form(check it with an attorney)

or going to Mexico and Canada and getting it stamped in the passport.

Better of all, take the advice of an immigration attorney.
