Going to India while LCA is pending

I'm currently working for Company A, and have started H1B for Company B.

Right now it is pending with Department of Labor for Labor Condition Application (LCA)processing. My lawyer says it could take quite a while for the LCA to be approved. I was wondering if there is any problem for the pending LCA if I visit India in the meantime.
