need help in ds-156

Column7 (First and Middle names as in passport) is showing only my first name as while regisrter it asked only first name so i have given the same. But the system is not allowing me to edit this. So in Column 9 (Other First and Middle names used) I put my first name and middle name. Will that be okay? Or do i need fill the DS-156 manully? Appreciate anybody's experince and input on this. Also, I-140 filing will considerd as an immigrant visa (ref. col.36) or only 485 will consider?

The names have to match the passport names in Given/Surname areas. If not, HDFC can fix it easily.

But in my case it is not the HDFC, I have scheduled my interview at metamoros, mexico.

Contact the agency (Nvars?) or change it yourself? Can't you? They need a pin of some sort I guess.
