what kind of visa is better - H1B or J-1?

I have a company (not high tech) that will sponsor me for a visa but I don't know which kind would be best. I hear the H1B is very tough to get, even with the new release passed by Congress. Any ideas?

H1B is better.
In J1, there are requirements like you have to go back and stay there for 2 years. Otherwise you have to file for a waiver and all that.
