I tried for searching but dint find..
I know that ppl go and get stamped at mexico or canada also
some one recently was telling that ONE SHOULD GO TO HOME COUNTRY.
can you pls answer or refer approriate therea

You could go to a third country with an assumed risk that the VO could direct one to the home country if the degree is not from US or if one had unauthorized stay or other problems with immigration system.
