Hi,
I got my H1-B stamped and my wife H4 sometime in Oct-2007. I came to US sometime in Feb-2008 alone since my wife was pregnant.
Now if I want to get H4 stamped for my child, and my wife who already has H4 is going to accompany our 3mnths old child, what all documents will she need - faxed copy of "Notice of Action" and copy of letter from my employer saying I am on their rolls as of date would be sufficient? Or faxed copy of paystubs is required too?
