My question is, on a H1-B, given that your job decsription, company, title etc remain the same - but your job location changes to a distance with commuting distance of your old work location, does one need to file for an amendment to the H1-b?? My new work location changed by 10 miles from my previous work place, but is in a different county. I do know that one does have to file for an H1-B amendment if the site changes completely - diff. city for example.
