Hi,
One of my friends got married in Jan 1998 and came to US on H4 visa. Her I-94 is valid till Dec 2000. She lost her I-94. Her husband is applying for his H1B extension. What is the best course of action for her ?
a) Does one need to go to India for H4 renewal ?
b) I guess her H4 renewal can be applied with her
husband's H1B. Will she need I-94 original for H4
renewal ?
c) Will she get a new I-94 with H4 approval ?
Any help will be highly appreciated.
