Approval Notice??

Dear Sir

Please clearify one thing: Is it possible to get the Approval notice directly, without getting prelimnary receipt or LIN number for H1B, once randumly got selected?? (The cheques which are attached with my petition got cleared by USCIS.)

Possible if the receipt notice got lost in the mail.
