Help filling for H!B for Social worker/Counselor

Hi,
First of all great forum!

I need help filling a petition for H1B visa.
A small firm in SF-Bay area wants to hire somebody I know as a social worker/counselor. The firm doesn't have any experience about visa or immigration matters and asked me to help them.
I would be very grateful if anybody can share their experience about hiring a social worker or being hired as a social worker with H1B visa.
Also, if you know of any lawyers in the SF-bay area who have successfully handled such cases before then please let me know.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
