H4 visa date

Respected Sir/madam,

First of all thanks for providing such an excellent information on site.
I had few queries please guide me

· I have finalized my visa(H-1B) interview date, is it possible now to get the same date for my wife & daughter for H-4?
· Our marriage (married 5 yrs back)is not registered yet and it is too sort to get the marriage certificate now. What is possible solution ?
· My passport(issued before marriage)doesn’t Include my wife’s name but her passport includes my name. Will there be any problem for this?
