Hi All,
I am working on H4-EAD and applied for renewal of EAD last week. My I-140 is still pending.
I am planning to go out of the US.
I have couple of Qs in my mind:
1. While re-entering the US which doc should I produce (H4 or EAD. I am currently working on EAD.)
2. Does it has some negative impact on EAD Renewal I-140 ?
3. If I use AP to re-enter the US, wht would be the I-94 expire date? (I came to the US with H4 status and I-94 expire date is Sept/2009. I was going through the forums and came to know that they will give I-94 only for next 1yr)
