I got my H1 approval but it doesn't have I-94 attached to it. I says that I need to get visa in my home country. But I was in valid H4 status all along. I got my H4 extension got approved while my H1 is pending and it got approved within the time period. Lawyer says that this is a mistake by INS and she sent fax to INS to correct it. Is this a problem. Should I worry about this? If I don't got out side and don't work (keep my H4) what happens?
