could I Re enter in USA after one Year

Hi I have valid H1b visa I just came in USA beofre 2 months and right now I have no job so no any paystub with me, but now urgent I am going back to India, so that my question is could I enter in USA after one Year with same employeer ? and does any prolem in both the airport(USA & India) when I'll back after one year...
