Re-leaving letter OR experience letter

Folks, can some one please tell me, which is more important to file for a GC - re leaving letter OR experience letter.
I have given 2 weeks notice, and my company says, they will not give me experience letter, since I have not given them 4 weeks notice.

Any suggestions, will be highly appreciated.

Its relieving letter, not re-leaving...

And this not the correct forum to post in about green card process.

In my opinion, experience letter is more important. However, you'll have to document the number of years of experience and your work profile too.
