How to transfer from L1 to H4?

Hi,

I have a L1 visa and my husband has H1 visa. We are currently working in USA. I am planning to resign due to some issues. Could you please let me know the procedure to transfer my visa status from L1 to H4?

Do I have any employment options if I get the visa status transferred?

Apply for change of status.

You CANNOT work on H4.
