My H1B petition got approved for fy 2009 and I am planning to attend visa Interview @Chennai consulate.
My employer is a small, family owned American company established 30 years back and has 20 employees at present. It’s non IT, not H1B dependent and is in to environmental testing services. I will be the 2nd H1B employee hired in the last 5 years.
I have received all the supporting docs from my employer including
Tax returns,
Unemployment wage report
Notarized list of employees
My Question is How detailed the Notarized list of employees doc should be?
My employer sent me a document which has a brief introduction about the company and listed all the employee names and notarized it.
Is that sufficient? Please reply me
