Can I carry my PC to US ?

Hi all,
I have got my H1-B and shall be coming to USA in October end.
Since I already have quite a powerful PC I don't want to invest for the same in US.

So my doubts are
1. can I carry this PC to US ( without monitor) ?

2 will there be any customs duty on this ?

Any help on the above issues would be a great favor

No, there is no customs duty on it as long as you can explain that it is your "personal" computer
