Can anyone answer to following:
I had H1B visa from oct 2003 till Oct 2006 during which I stayed in US from Oct 31st, 03 till Apr 30, 2004.
Currently, I am on L1 regular from Apr, 2008 onwards. I would like to know if my H1B status is still valid (How?). If so, can I ask any amployer to get it renewed and transferred so that I can be employed by her. In case I get my h1B, do I need to
In regards to green card under EB2 - NIW category, which of the following option is better (Note: my current employer does nt file for GC).
1. L1 regular and can apply for GC under EB2 NIW (provided NIW point is valid)
2. L1 regular to L1A then apply for GC under NIW (provided NIW is valid here)
3. L1 to H1B and apply for GC (normally it needs Labour Cert, so must be lengthy), but trade-off is there to leave present company and join a new one.
