F1 to H1
Hi,
Firstly I would like to thank the guys running and posting replies on this really helpful site.
My question is regarding the H1 visa sponsor. I am currently a master's student on F1 visa and should be graduating in May 2009. I wish to apply for my H1 visa and my employer is ready to sponsor it. currently i am working on CPT and I have 1 year of OPT left.
please brief me about the timings of the application of the H1 visa and various costs (real time including attorney) associated with the application.
Also, when should be the best time to apply for my full time OPT.
