does h4 also require to file if h1 transfer employer

if h1 changes company from employer A to employer B then is it required that he should also file for h4 or it will be ok as h4 is depenedent on h1

As long as the H4 I-94 is valid, it is fine. If the H4 I-94 is expiring, one needs to extend it and it is better if done with the H1b just that both of them expire at the same time.
