H1 valid after transfer to sister Com in Canada?

Hi, I transferred from a brokerage house
in NY(worked on H1 visa) to a commercial
bank in Canada. Both companies have the
same parent.

If I now wish to move back to NY--can I
come back on my original H1 as if nothing
happened?
