urgent rfe

my case in uscis website shows as RFE as on june 17,2008. My employer told he wil take care of it. I dont know the type of RFE received, employer not willing share this information.

now more than 30 days no update from the employer. What i should do

What can you do? Pester the employer. That is all you can do, nothing else.

Is this a H1 transfer? or a new application?

if it is a transfer then do not leave the current employer till your new H1 is approved.

If it is new then Like txh1b said, there is nothing you could do but to wait.
