Can I convert B2 to H1B ?

I'm currently on a B2 visa untill Jan 15,09 and wanted to know is it possible for me to convert it into a H1B onshore ? Or maybe any other visa to be able to work here in USA. I'm a SAP professional. Any kind of help would be much appreciated.

No. This years H1 is already exhausted. Its not recommended to change status to work visa from B2.
