    I-797 Not received

    Hi,
    My case has been approved in Apr/May, but I still haven't received the I-797. I know they cashed the checks. Is anyone else in similar boat? Does anyone have any idea when to expect the approval letter?

    BTW, what other documents does USCIS send with I-797?

    If you paid for your H1b processing, the answer is simple, employer is lying.

        What should the beneficiary do in such cases ? Can we file a complaint against the consultant who do such malpractices ?
