Greetings,

I am currently on a H1B visa and I am an IT consultant. I have my LCA from City1, State1. If I move to different Client location in a different city, state does my employer need to get a new LCA and amend my H1B petition or just getting a new LCA would suffice (no H1B amendment). Does my employer need to file for a new LCA even if the project at the new Client location is temporary. My moving to a new city,state and working for a new client should this be considered as a material change and amend my H1B petition even if I am working for the same employer.

LCA and H1b have to be amended as per the book of law.
