D-157 form

Hi,
I made mistakes while filling up the D-157 form and took the print out.
Agenon IO mdofied the form and want to take print out of it.
But the guidelines says that "Do not Complete and print anoteher form" .
what does this mean I cannot take print out of the modified form

This is the most complicated and intellectual question I have ever come across. Sorry I cant be of much help. Request all senior members and even immihelp admin to think, research, and answer please. You may call the USCIS hotline and other govt agencies too (please spare white house), they will surely help you.
