Hello,
In the I129 H1B application that consultant files for candidates, I know that some minimum wage amount is mentioned in the form. I have the following questions:
a) Is it that while joining the employer after the H1B is approved, they will pay us the same amount as that mentioned while filing H1B ?
b) Can't we expect more based on our skills, education, years of work exp. etc ?
c) If we expect more, will they tell us we can't give you more since xys is the amount mentioned in the I129 form ?
d) Also, could you tell us what is the minimum wage printed in the i129 form while filing H1 ?
e) Why are people hesitant to complain against the H1B employers who harrass the employees by not paying them on time, not giving them projects, not giving them benefits that they need ? There should definitely be some reason.
Thanks.
