Hello Sir,
I stay in Mumbai India.
I have applied for H1b this year (April 2008), which got selected in lottery and present status is approved.(H1b stamping not yet done).
My wife is in US on L1B, I have applied for L2 through my wife's employer.
Question:
a) If I go for L2 stamping, will this create any problem at embassy as I already have approved H1b petition.(H1b stamping not yet done).
b) **If L2 is stamped, will my H1b get void.(can I go for change of status from L2 --> H1b).
