Hi Friends,
I see on the immihelp website in "Documents for H1 Visa Applicant" section that there is an additional questionnaire only for Mumbai Applicants. It's a pdf file that talks about Skills, Educationl Background, Work Experience and Project Details.
My question is : Is it required to be submitted for H1- B renewal for a returning worker . i.e .I am already working with a US based company and returning to India for a vacation and thereby need my visa restamped since I have recently received an extension after my first 3 years of stay here in US.
Could any one please clarify on this?
I did not know this till yesterday when I was glancing thru general document requirements for H-1B
